Designed by Foster + Partners, the LEED Gold-designed building is designed to offer a working environment flooded with natural light and will reinvent the workplace in a way that inspires collaboration and interaction.

The Cortland was inspired by West Chelsea’s historical architecture and rich industrial heritage. These homes of remarkable craftsmanship were designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig.

<strong>Lantern House </strong>

Lantern House New York, NY

Lantern House is part of a two-tower development that links underneath the High Line in Chelsea. The 21-story building comprises a collection of approximately 180 residences, many of which bestow uninterrupted cityscape and Hudson River views and promise to provide residents a totally integrated lifestyle destination. The building was designed by Heatherwick Studio, founded by the British designer Thomas Heatherwick in 1994.

Designed by Zaha Hadid, 520 West 28th overlooks the famed High Line Park in West Chelsea. The residences highlight custom interior details, thoughtful integration of indoor and outdoor space and technological innovation. Each residence features a custom sculptural element designed by Zaha Hadid.
